Diagnosis
A diagnosis explains why competitors get cited in a topic cluster and you don't, then routes to exactly one action.
Run a diagnosis
- Open
Diagnosisand pick a topic cluster (or click Diagnose cluster from any prompt's detail view). On a fresh workspace, click Run first diagnosis — clusters build automatically. - Click Run diagnosis. Volexi classifies every winning citation on four dimensions (source class, content type, format, angle) — usually 1–2 minutes.
- Read the Recommended action — exactly one panel: the routed action, the rationale, the classified distributions and the top winning citations as evidence.
- Click the action button (e.g. Generate the brief) to convert it, or See evidence to dig into the citations first.
