Integrations

Where Volexi reads from — and where your work ships to: Slack, Search Console, GA4, WordPress, Google Sheets and HubSpot, each set up in three steps.

Every integration lives at Integrations in the sidebar and follows the same three-step setup: Authorize (OAuth or credentials — Volexi shows exactly which scopes it requests), Destination (the channel, property, category, spreadsheet or blog it should use) and Mapping (what flows where, and how often). Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never exposed through the API; disconnecting revokes access immediately.

Slack — alerts, digests and approvals

  1. Authorize the Volexi app on slack.com in one click (it can only post to channels you approve) — or paste a bot token if your workspace prefers manual app installs.
  2. Pick the destination channel — #geo-alerts is a good default.
  3. Map events to timing: visibility drops and competitor citation wins can fire instantly; draft-ready notices and the weekly summary batch into a digest. On Scale, Agency and Enterprise plans, reviewers can approve drafts directly from the Slack message.

Google Search Console — the decoupling chart

  1. Continue with Google — Volexi requests the narrowest read-only Search Console scope and nothing else.
  2. Choose the verified property that matches your workspace domain.
  3. Pick how much history to import (up to 16 months). It refreshes daily after each scan.

Search Console history powers the search decoupling chart — impressions holding while clicks fall, lined up against your AI visibility — shown during onboarding and pinned to Overview. With less than six months of history the chart shows the B2B SaaS industry median (clearly labeled) until your own data accrues; nothing blocks setup.

WordPress & HubSpot — drafts only, approval stays in Volexi

  1. WordPress: connect with your site URL and an application password (from wp-admin → Users → Profile). HubSpot: authorize one portal via OAuth.
  2. Choose where drafts land — a WordPress category or a HubSpot blog.
  3. Review the field mapping: title, meta description, FAQ schema and citations map to the right CMS fields automatically.

Both connectors write drafts only. Nothing publishes without a named approval in Volexi — your editors keep the final click, same as Webflow and Framer.

Google Sheets & GA4

Google Sheets appends every answer, position and citation to a spreadsheet after each scan — columns A–F are run date, prompt, engine, position, cited URL and sentiment; your own tabs and formulas are never touched. GA4 maps AI-agent referrals to sessions and key events so visibility connects to pipeline — pick the property and the conversion event to count, and edit the ruleset anytime.
