Publishing
Connect Webflow, Framer or a custom CMS, then push approved articles as drafts — upserted by slug, never duplicated.
Connect a CMS
Webflow and Framer are self-serve; custom CMS (HMAC-signed webhooks) is Enterprise.
- Open
Settings → CMS connectionsand click Connect next to Webflow or Framer. - Authorize Volexi and map the fields: title, body, slug, excerpt, date.
- Save. The connection shows as active and is ready to receive drafts.
Publish an approved article
- On an approved article action, click Push draft.
- Volexi pushes it as a draft in your CMS and upserts by slug — re-publishing updates the existing item instead of duplicating. Tables ship as HTML embeds where the CMS needs them.
- Watch publish status on the action and click through to the CMS item. If a token expires, use the one-click reconnect on the integration.
Measure the impact
After publishing, the action page shows Impact since publish: visibility across the prompts linked to the action's cluster, four weeks before versus four weeks after the publish date, with weekly bars and a running count of AI answers citing the published page. It's computed from the same stored answers as every other metric — and it's honest in both directions: if visibility fell, you'll see that too.
Deltas firm up as post-publish weekly scans land — expect a stable read after two to three scans.
